I stop my car, pull over and search endless parking lots for their little bodies. I’ve had people ask my what I’m harvesting, honk at me or just give me weird looks. All good, this is my way of honoring their short little lives. Cicadas signify change, transformation and renewal.. some medicine we can all get behind.
